Take tech minded people with the ability to repair and service electronics then combine local community events. Like MAGFest! The music and gaming festival in Maryland. But this was by way of other events such as Better Block Norfolk, FreePlay Chesapeake, Arcades at the Arcade in Norfolk, Ring Of Fire Con, NekoCon, MAGStock and other events in the past.
